About The Position

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor or General Manager, the Customer
Service Administrator communicates directly with customers and performs all
responsibilities necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.  Prepares various
computer reports for both customer and internal use.  Completes various forms
and logs and forwards to Corporate.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of general office experience.
• Must be proficient using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must complete all required training for a “Customer Service Administrator” outlined in the training manual."

Nice To Haves

• Previous Customer Service experience a plus.
• Experience with a company using EO sterilization of products is desirable 
• Must be medically approved for respirator use
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to high temperatures and high humidity (120F and 60% RH for 20 minutes)

Responsibilities

• Communicates directly with customers and performs all responsibilities necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepares various computer reports for both customers and internal use.
• Prepares customer invoices.
• Creates purchase orders, obtains signatures, records for payment, and follows up if not paid.
• Maintains various logs and reports (i.e., quarterly billings reports), and forwards to Corporate.
• Orders office and production supplies.
• Maintains customer records and files.
• Assists with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
