About The Position

The Customer Service Administrative Assistant at KB Signaling is responsible for data extraction, reporting, and entry for the Customer Service team. This entry-level position requires a proactive problem solver who can efficiently manage customer service data and collaborate with account managers. The role involves creating and maintaining reports to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and automating activities to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or College Grad with motivation to grow
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive Problem Solver
  • Excellent Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
