GENERAL SUMMARY: Manage all aspects of the customer service (domestic and international) relationship, including but not limited to answering phones, processing sales orders, preparing reports, acting as liaison for the customer and production from beginning to end of project, communicating with customer via email, telephone, and in person and building strong working relationships with our customer partners to grow and develop ongoing business.
