About The Position
RRD has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Account Coordinator in our Houston, TX facility. The goal of the position is to support the Customer Service Manager and thereby provide the customer with a level of service and support which meets customer requirements and expectations. Typical hours are M-F from 7am - 4pm. The position involves maintaining positive customer relations through active engagement of the customer through all stages of the manufacturing process from initial contact through final disposition of the customer's product.
