We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The position involves assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions while working at the assigned cash register, and maintaining the security of cash and protecting company assets. The associate will also keep the store well-stocked, recover merchandise, receive merchandise, help with unloading trucks, and stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards. Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders is essential. Additionally, the associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
