Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Customer Senior Analyst supports assigned category/brand team by gathering, analyzing and reporting sales related data. In this role, you will monitor sales trends to identify opportunities that enable team's delivery of volume and result. In this role, you will: This role is equivalent to a category manager with assistance from our broker partners (Crossmark). The ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly and prioritize requests and delegate where needed to the broker partners.

Requirements

  • Years and Type of Experience: 2-4 years Sales Experience desired; CPG industry experience preferred
  • Field/Customer experience beneficial
  • Skills and Abilities: Proficient on key Sales analytical tools: Circana, Numerator, Shopper Card Data, PowerBI
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and tell stories with data
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Business: Create and update complex reports for retailer and customer team. Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities.
  • Customer Planning and Business Analysis: Independently engage and interact with buyers and other key retailer contacts while driving execution of the field team's business plan. Mine data to identify volume and Triple A opportunities that build proactive customer strategies. Provide reporting and recommendations in support of business decisions or initiatives.
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth: Use appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Customer team and broader team. Communicate findings with wide variety of stakeholders including field sales teams, sales planning teams, retailer contacts and leadership.
