Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers both in person and over the phone, assisting them with product inquiries, billing issues, and troubleshooting service problems. Responsibilities include selling and promoting Mediacom products and services, resolving billing concerns, processing payments, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining equipment and inventory. All tasks should align with company policies and procedures.
