About The Position

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking Customer Sales & Service Representatives who are knowledgeable, energetic, and dedicated to delivering the best overall customer experience. This role involves serving both commercial and residential consumers in the green industry, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, preparing inventory orders for pickup or delivery, identifying sales growth opportunities, and collaborating with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve business performance. Additionally, representatives will assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
