Requirements

Comfortable speaking with customers and selling over the phone
Ability to handle a high volume of calls (100+ per day) in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to follow proven sales scripts
Comfortable using multiple platforms while on calls
Ability to take feedback, apply coaching, and improve performance

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with homeowners

Work toward daily performance goals, including close rate and average ticket
