About The Position

Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities Support Outside Sales with quotes, orders, and customer needs Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors (phone/email) Enter and manage quotes, orders, inventory, and pricing in SAP Assist customers with identifying and sourcing distribution parts Provide warehouse support (approx. 20%) Deliver high-quality customer service while managing multiple priorities Essential Skills 6+ months customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, including strong Excel experience SAP, industrial parts, or hydraulics experience preferred Mechanical and mathematical aptitude Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused Ability to learn new systems quickly; strong communication and organization Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • 6+ months customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including strong Excel experience
  • Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly; strong communication and organization

Nice To Haves

  • SAP, industrial parts, or hydraulics experience preferred
