Join our Sales Planning team as Customer Sales Planning Team Manager, supporting two powerhouse brands: Kingsford and Brita. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of cross-channel business plans that drive growth and competitive advantage. Partnering with the Sales Planning Director, Team Leader, and cross-functional team, you’ll influence the creation of an 18-month Customer Plans, translating business objectives into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of CPG experience with strong expertise in customer insights, consultative selling, and business planning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of developing talent and mentoring team members
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including content creation and delivery
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with an enterprise mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, based on customer engagement

Responsibilities

  • Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 30%
  • Drive the Business: Owns Customer Business Plan for Kingsford & Brita Brands. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. 20%
  • Customer Planning: Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Works with 3D team to influence development of 18-month plan. 30%
  • Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Develops/improves appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Kingsford/Brita organization. Communicate findings with wide variety of stakeholders including sales planning teams, retailer contacts internal BU functions, field sales/ customer teams, and Clorox leadership.
