The Customer Sales Executive role will be responsible for profitably growing the business through assigned Distributor Accounts & Indirect/Retail Customers in the US marketplace. The CSE will work closely with other functions of the organization to deliver key metrics such as net sales, market share, and trade spend targets. Responsibilities will include business planning & analysis, creating business partnerships with assigned customers and aligning Hershey internal business resources while achieving mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation and understanding of the customer’s business.
