About The Position

Global Star is currently hiring Customer Sales Associates in Jackson, MS to represent AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions. This is an on-site sales position in our Jackson, MS office, where you will interact with customers, educate them on AT&T products, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to our Jackson, MS office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, account management, or call center environments is a plus but not required
  • Interest in learning about wireless technology, telecommunications, and digital home services

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and local businesses to understand their needs and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, streaming, and Smart Home services.
  • Conduct one-on-one sales consultations to help customers choose the best plans and products.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries while providing professional support and product guidance.
  • Educate customers on AT&T promotions, service plans, and device options.
  • Process new customer accounts, upgrades, and service changes accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative sales and outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience during every interaction.
