The Marzetti Company manufactures and sells specialty food products, including well-known retail brands such as Marzetti® dressings and dips, New York Bakery™ garlic breads, and Sister Schubert’s® dinner rolls. The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will report directly to the Director of Retail Sales and will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and evaluating business strategies for specific key customer assignments to achieve sales objectives. The CAM will act as a liaison between the T. Marzetti Sales team and the Customer’s key contacts, managing assigned categories and customer responsibilities. This role involves delivering sales objectives and targets while adhering to company policies and procedures. The CAM will also develop the Relationship Strategy with Key Accounts to ensure continuity of support and sustainability of the business.
