About The Position

We’re hiring immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note? If you’re friendly, dependable, and take pride in providing great service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the return process—helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they return their rental vehicles.
• Greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system.
• Help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately
• Delivering professional, friendly customer service.
