About The Position

The Customer Return Representative at Avis Budget Group is a part-time role focused on providing excellent customer service during the car return process. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months retail customer service experience is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Help customers return their rental cars by meeting and greeting them.
• Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and damage to the cars.
