About The Position
United Plastic Fabricating innovates plastic products for the fire, marine, and industrial markets. We ensure all our products are designed and fabricated to our customer's needs. The CRS coordinates and ensures complete, accurate entry, routing and scheduling of sales orders for all segments of our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Enters sales orders and communicates with customers as needed
- May be the first point of contact for tier 1 and 2 customers.
- Calls customers weekly to request what requirements are needed
- Maintains slot capacity to ensure plants are not over or under capacity
- Convert slots to orders in system
- Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Support and Accounting teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation of incoming sales orders
- May quote sales jobs for tier 3 customers
