Analytical and problem-solving experience

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of subscription models, perpetual support, SaaS, and cloud technologies is a plus
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with the ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
Previous experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex transactions
Work with customers to resolve any issues that may prevent them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present them to the customer
Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce to Sales/Renewals leadership
Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
Maintain high call and email volume daily
