Successful representatives must be skilled in communicating Labatt's unique strengths and how the company is different in its industry. Responsibilities

  • Present Labatt's unique business model to potential food-away-from-home customers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementing a new customer relationship.
  • Build and maintain quality customer relations with the goal of forming long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Active communicator with great listening skills.
  • Has the patience and takes the necessary time to understand the customer's needs and problems.
  • A skill for observing other people and thinking of ways to help them.
  • Energetic, goal oriented, and competitive, with personal examples of initiative and successful performance.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in order to work on multiple prospects and maintain multiple accounts while constantly focusing on growth.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Chef training at CIA or equivalent.
  • Experience in food service, restaurants, and/or sales is a strong positive.
