Job Overview The Retention Marketing Team is responsible for driving growth and optimizing customer lifetime value through our owned media. The team is responsible for the customer contact strategy, lifecycle, and end to end campaign execution for all retention channels –Email, Mobile, Direct Mail, and POS. The Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the end to end execution and delivery for our Mobile communication - promotional, editorial & loyalty. They will help to manage the production workflow for all Retention Marketing tactics working with cross functional teams, consistently identifying areas of opportunity across the workflow, help with managing partner relationships, and support omni-channel initiatives for Macy’s.
