About The Position

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic skills, strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with location owners in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for frequently visiting locations within the assigned region or state of GA to provide check-ins and customer support.
  • Provide frequent compliance checks to assure that machines are up to code with all necessary signage and decals.
  • Mitigate any critical issues not limited to EFT questions, service complaints, game complaints, and make sure customers are getting best possible response and services from every department of United Gaming.
  • Learn new product / technology and provide basic training to customers.
  • Upkeep knowledge on popular games, GLC compliance requirements, county compliance for COAMs and advocate customers accordingly.
