This position supervises the Customer Relations Team, handling questions relating to processes, customers, and orders. The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for training new team members, as well as maintaining on-going training with current team members. This position will be a key resource for the company’s ERP system and will represent the Customer Relations team for future ERP upgrades or improvements.
