About The Position
Join Our Team as a Customer Relations Specialist. Do you have strong organizational and people skills? Are you a leader committed to getting hospice patients the care they deserve? We are looking for a customer relations specialist committed to serving our patients with compassion and integrity. As a customer relations specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals and maintaining communication between clinical supervisors and the agency, ensuring patients have a smooth referral process and get timely access to the care they need, and being a key player in the referral process to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Most importantly, you'll be a part of a team that values compassion, integrity, and communication.
