About The Position
The CRS is part of the person-centered integrated care team and responsible for greeting patients as they arrive, check-in/check-out, verifying demographics and collecting co-pays, if applicable. This may include primary care, dental, behavioral health and specialist appointments. This position is fast-paced, requiring continuous interactions with co-workers and patients. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasionally hours such as 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, may vary as needed.
