Join our fast-paced, high-performing team as a Customer Relations Specialist - the ultimate goodwill ambassador for our Service Department! Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly, go-to contact for service customers
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email & text to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist with and resolve customer concerns not handled by service staff
  • Coordinate all manufacturer/internal customer follow-ups
  • Track, report, and share customer satisfaction data
  • Collaborate with managers to boost survey scores and loyalty

Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive customer service or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to juggle multiple systems at once
  • A stable work history and a valid driver's license
  • Ready to pass a background check & drug screen
