Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are resolved
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and propose necessary changes
  • Manage Courtesy vehicles
