About The Position

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively developing and managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while also identifying opportunities for additional sales. This role emphasizes quality service, client retention, and collaboration with the Operations team to achieve sales goals and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Current, valid drivers license with clean/insurable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in landscape management field in Account Management or Business Development role
  • Degree in Horticulture preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated problem solver
  • Maintain a high moral character while at work and away from work
  • Knowledge of plants, their pests, diseases, and appropriate treatments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales of company services/products to potential new maintenance customers
  • Leadership experience in managing teams

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with existing clients that are assigned to you
  • Identify and execute actions necessary to retain clients
  • Address customer concerns in a timely manner while demonstrating care and knowledge of issues that arise
  • Work closely and coordinate with the Operations team providing service to the clients
  • Create plan to achieve designated sales goal
  • Conduct regular monthly site visits and site audits
  • Report metrics for measurement and compensation, including retention rates and additional enhancement sales
