Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers as they enter the dealership
- Providing a prompt response to all customer inquiries
- Assisting with vehicle delivery
- Assisting all associates in providing customers with an “EXCELLENT” sales experience
- Assuring all customers are logged after they are introduced to a Sales Associate
- Ensuring that customers are directed to the proper associate for assistance
- Providing prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by dealership managers
- Extending the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer
- Inspecting the showroom and waiting areas frequently to ensure cleanliness
- Maintaining new vehicle brochure inventory
