We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Manager with a strong emphasis on permitting administration. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in office administration and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and possesses a great customer service presence. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer relations, which includes pulling permits from various building department municipalities, closing out jobs, and issuing warranties. You will also be tasked with scheduling inspections and maintaining customer satisfaction, which includes managing online reviews. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to plan ahead while maintaining your own schedule. This is a salaried position with a pay starting from $50,000 annually, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
