Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, being able to demonstrate during the interview process.
  • Expert in being able to identify and resolve customer issues, knowing when to escalate to a supervisor if (or when) necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with our customers and portray the company in a positive light.
  • Using departmental resources and following company policies and procedures.
  • Understand the appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary communication to our customers by telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, knowing when to escalate to a supervisor if (or when) necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with our customers and portray the company in a positive light.
  • Using departmental resources and following company policies and procedures.
  • Answer messages in authorized email queues.
  • Maintain acceptable call lengths and email handle time while remaining friendly, informative, and helpful.
  • Actively seek solutions and identifies trends as they relate to your customer's inquiries.
  • Understand the appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels.
