As a Customer Relations Associate at IKEA, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate transactions, solving customer problems, and building emotional connections through meaningful interactions. You will also assist customers with returns and exchanges, while collecting valuable data for future improvements. This part-time position requires availability for weekends and evening shifts.

  • Ensures a smooth returns and exchange experience for customers while collecting high-quality data for follow-up.
  • 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred.
