Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and concerns.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and facilitate their needs.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Set up new customer accounts in our ERP system and process orders efficiently.
- Maintain an organized workflow to meet customer timelines and keep our customer database up to date.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while embracing any additional tasks as needed.
