About The Position
The Customer Quality Representative for the Health and Wellness platform at ADM will serve as a key liaison between customers, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and internal departments regarding quality-related matters. This experienced role involves supporting the Customer Quality team, collaborating with Product Stewards, and addressing day-to-day quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with production and food safety standards. The representative will engage directly with customers and participate in defining and implementing improvements within the business units.
