About The Position

The Customer Quality Project Manager Coop will support customer quality and engineering with the customer project management. Lead small projects under the supervision of the customer quality engineering team. Working with all level of engineering data gathering, communality analysis, establish process flow based on the input provided and design new procedures. Identify bottlenecks and work with cross-functional team to find and implement solutions. Support project manager in managing schedules and milestones; ensuring that weekly project statuses are received from team members. Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables. The opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills in a business environment.

Requirements

  • Current Junior/Senior undergrad studying Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering.
  • Must be local student or able to temporarily relocate to work full-time hours from May/June - December 2025.
  • Experience using statistical software to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
  • Knowledge of project management skills and quality assurance tools (8D problem solving).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and quick to learn company-specific software (Sales Force, Agentic AI, Genie, Databricks, PowerBI).

Benefits

  • Competitive pay range for Engineering interns: USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour.
  • Competitive pay range for Non-Engineering interns: USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour.
