Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in the mechanical or electrical field.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical background.
  • Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Etc).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable traveling to customer sites to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits and establishing controls.
  • Train local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.
  • Report quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
  • Acquire and report quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
