About The Position
The Quality Engineer Customer Quality position is responsible for coordinating and investigating customer quality issues, including the compilation of 8D reports and corrective actions. The role involves documentation of the Quality Management System related to incoming critical materials and substrate device controls, as well as facilitating investigations into scrap systems to ensure customer satisfaction regarding product quality. The engineer will also serve as an internal auditor and prepare for customer and corporate audits, focusing on continual improvement and compliance gap identification.
