Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a technical environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple small-scale package projects and service initiatives, coordinating directly with customers and back-office operations
  • Oversee complete project lifecycle from order preparation through financial close-out, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
  • Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and resource estimates while conducting thorough risk analysis
  • Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and manage vendor integration when applicable
