About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.
  • Robust leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • PMI Certification is required within a specific time period after starting the CPM role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple implementations of IT solutions and capital equipment installations.
  • Coordinate and lead a cross-functional team of internal and external resources.
  • Develop project plans using Philips Project Management Methodology and Tools.
  • Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines.
