About The Position

Customer support is looking for an intern to assist with key projects in 2026. The ideal candidate would have a field of interest in Engineering, Business and/or Process management. Within the Customer Support organization, you would support our Customer Support and Product Support Managers by managing specific projects through planning, tracking and execution. You will be responsible for compiling, editing and revising documentation, reports and presentations prior to scheduling, communicating and planning review with support leadership for approvals.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

  • Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

  • Platform tools: SharePoint, One Drive, MS 365 and other Digital Technology tools
  • Documentation: Create, maintain, and organize project documents, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Communication: Coordinate meetings, communicate status updates, and facilitate information flow between team members and stakeholders.
  • Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze project data, helping prepare reports and summaries for management.
  • Resource Management: Support in tracking resource allocation and availability.
