Position Overview The Customer product implementation team is the core engine of DOSS and its customers. This unique role sits at the intersection of customer partnership, operations and product - part operator, part product manager/ops and part consultant. As a client/customer product implementation lead, you’ll partner with cross functional client leadership to analyze their operational and financial workflows (flow of goods, information and money) and bring those processes to life within the DOSS product and platform. You will lead the entire product implementation lifecycle from kickoff, spec (workflows, business and functional requirements), product design, build/configuration on DOSS ERP platform and go-live. The role is a great fit for someone with a strong ownership mindset since you will own customer relationships and solutions implementation directly → ensuring each client achieves operational excellence and success through DOSS. While having previous ERP or industry experience is always a plus, it is not a pre-requisite. Our current team comes from a mix of business and technical backgrounds.
