About The Position

The Customer Pick-Up Clerk will greet and assist customers with pick-ups from the Distribution Center and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role will manage incoming calls and respond to customer service inquires, maintain an organized filing system, and provide administrative support to the team. Other duties include: Process Fed Ex orders for shipment and scan delivery documents. Pick customer orders as needed. Maintain organized filing system and clean work area Complete scans within a provided timeline. Record daily progress and communicate with managers. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Detail oriented and accurate.
  • Must be able to pass lift assessment with a push/pull requirement of 250 lbs.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
  • Prior experience in warehouse environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
