About The Position

LSPedia is a fast-growing SaaS company serving the pharmaceutical supply chain. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-friendly Accounts Receivable & Customer Payments Specialist to ensure timely and accurate collection of subscription and services payments while preserving strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for monitoring customer payment activity, identifying failed or overdue payments, and proactively engaging customers to resolve issues such as expired credit cards, billing errors, or payment delays.

Requirements

  • 3+years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or subscription collections
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working with CRM, billing platforms, and accounting systems (Hubspot, QBO, Stripe, Paypal, etc.)
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and clarity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring billing environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer new subscription, renewals, and credit card payments daily
  • Identify failed, declined, or overdue payments and take prompt follow-up action
  • Contact customers professionally and courteously to resolve payment issues
  • Assist customers with setting up, updating expired credit cards, or payment methods
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth resolution
  • Maintain accurate notes and records in CRM
  • Track collection status and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Support monthly close by reconcile payments in CRM and Sales Receipt in Accounting System.
