About The Position

The Customer & Partner Solutions Engineer role at Google focuses on advocating for users by creating helpful experiences across the product ecosystem. Requirements

  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience implementing web or mobile operating system authentication and authorization protocols.
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate technical solutions needed for the rollout of life-cycle events for Google's authentication and authorization solutions.
  • Identify technical gaps, recognize patterns, and surface opportunities for solution reuse or new innovations.
  • Author technical integration documentation and communications to developers/partners.
  • Implement tools or dashboards to track and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external partners to provide technical and business feedback.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the identity space to provide advice and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
