About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Order Support Specialist to assist customers and internal teams with order questions, updates, and documentation. This role supports order processing from entry to delivery by ensuring information is accurate and communication is timely.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, order support, or admin (preferred)
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Able to handle multiple requests while staying organized

Responsibilities

  • Assist with order entry support and order updates
  • Provide order status, lead times, and shipping/tracking information
  • Confirm customer details, product specs, and documentation
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and purchasing for updates
  • Document customer communications and maintain accurate records
  • Help resolve order issues such as changes, backorders, or corrections
