Administration and Client Services (ACS) is part of the Operations area, supporting multiple markets for Securian Financial. The Home Office Billing team plays a critical role in managing premium billing and reconciliation for Employer Market clients. As a Customer Operations Senior Representative, you will work directly with clients and internal partners to resolve billing issues, maintain accuracy, and uphold service excellence. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Premium Billing & Clearing: Generate invoices, clear premium payments, and resolve mismatches daily. Reconciliation: Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure accounts are accurate and compliant. Billing Adjustments: Process coverage changes, retroactive updates, and corrections. Past Due Follow-Up: Monitor overdue accounts and escalate per procedures. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain billing reports, audit logs, and adhere to financial regulations. Client Support: Respond to inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and account status. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, brokers, and clients to resolve issues promptly. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements and contribute to team efficiency.
