Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent industry experience of 3+ years industry experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume and distance measurements.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence. Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, carriers, and luxury brand clients to ensure exceptional last-mile service.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, monitor transportation costs, and proactively resolve delays or exceptions (shortages, damages, documentation issues).
  • Manage B2B shipments from origin to stores via dedicated trucks or freight carriers (FedEx, UPS), including pick-and-pack (DCR), cross-dock (CFS), and returns.
  • Handle claims with carriers and validate last-mile invoices.
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact for warehouse, stores, and customer transportation teams.
  • Create/update SOPs for last-mile operations and schedule daily/weekly routes.
  • Track orders using barcodes and software; monitor KPIs (OTIF, claim rate, exception rates, customer satisfaction).
  • Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements for service quality and efficiency.
