Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a skilled and motivated customer facing DevSecOps Engineer to join the Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll spearhead our technical efforts to bring customers onboard to our DevSecOps platform (Game Warden). Second Front Systems is working to accelerate the transition and adoption of emerging technology into the national security ecosystem, including the Department of Defense. Additionally, candidates must reside in one of our approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC Denver/Colorado Springs, CO Dallas/Fort Worth, TX As a DevSecOps Engineer at Second Front Systems, you’ll help deploy and support customer applications within our cloud-native Game Warden platform. You’ll play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and workflows that enable secure, compliant deployments for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team to build, test, and operate cloud environments in line with DoD security and compliance standards. You’ll participate in research and development efforts that help enhance deployment pipelines, strengthen platform automation, and support new customer integrations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers across multiple disciplines to troubleshoot issues, validate deployments, and contribute to ongoing improvements in reliability, performance, and security. You’ll have opportunities to grow your technical depth in areas like containerization, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), while working toward DoD 8570 compliance.
