About The Position
DoorLoop is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary contact for new customers, with the primary objective to onboard and implement the DoorLoop system to meet the customer’s needs as well as the company’s. The role involves onboarding new customers to implement the DoorLoop system with the goal of getting customers activated, engaged, and trained with the DoorLoop software. The Onboarding Specialist will manage a pipeline of up to 120 customers and conduct a high volume of outbound customer phone calls to ensure customer progression through various stages of the Implementation Process.
