As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you’ll lead customers through the onboarding process and provide clear, hands-on demonstrations of Energy CX’s customer portal. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure each customer is properly set up, their utility data is accurate and current, and any portal-related issues are quickly addressed. We’re looking for a highly organized, communicative professional who can take full ownership of the portal onboarding experience. This is a customer-facing, cross-functional role that requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and close coordination with internal tech teams—no technical background required.
