The Account Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company customer masters. This is a hybrid position and would require you to work 3 days in our York office.

Requirements

  • High School degree required or equivalent experience and education
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and strong telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations.
  • Capable of working independently
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to be a productive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling all direct and indirect account matching to create one customer in the account master
  • Responsible for handling Account/Customer Change Requests and New Customer setup within each ERP and CIM360.
  • Responsible for handling all ecommerce registrations (NABUYDS, CABUYDS, GDP, SureSmile & DS Core)
  • Perform data audits in support of a variety of CIM requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining customer updates
  • Research addresses from returned mailings
  • Maintain a working relationship with Divisional and Corporate associates who work with customer systems
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as required
  • Learn and maintain a general knowledge of the Dentsply Sirona product lines.
  • Provide input on changes needed to better support the overall data quality process.
  • Participate in team project work in support of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with a variety of information systems (CIM360, Salesforce.com, AX, MoveX, AS400, SAP, Zuora, etc.) in order to support the Account Maintenance data.
  • Perform special tasks and assignments as required.
